자주 묻는 질문

도둑을 아무리 쏴도 안 맞습니다

발사구 위치는 고정입니다. 거울을 놓지 않으면 모든 사격이 똑같은 사선을 지나가므로, 도둑이 그 줄 위에 없으면 몇 발을 쏴도 맞지 않습니다. 먼저 거울을 놓아 사선을 도둑 쪽으로 꺾으세요. 빔이 스친 엄폐물은 부서지므로, 처음엔 막혀 있던 각도가 두 발째에 열리기도 합니다.

진행 상황을 처음부터 다시 하고 싶습니다

게임 내 「처음부터」를 두 번 탭하면 진행 기록이 초기화됩니다.

광고가 너무 자주 나옵니다

레이저캅에는 게임을 끊는 전면 광고가 없습니다. 광고는 보스전에 실패했을 때 「광고 보고 재도전」을 직접 누르신 경우에만 재생됩니다. 그 외의 상황에서 광고가 떴다면 버그입니다. 어떤 화면에서 떴는지 아래 메일로 알려 주세요.

추적 허용 팝업이 떴습니다. 거부해도 되나요?

네, 거부해도 게임은 모든 기능이 그대로 동작합니다. 거부하면 맞춤 광고 대신 맞춤화되지 않은 광고가 표시될 뿐입니다. 설정 앱 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적 에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.

보상형 광고를 봤는데 재도전이 안 됩니다

그런 경우는 버그입니다. 레이저캅은 광고를 중간에 닫으셔도, 광고가 아예 안 떠도 재도전이 지급되도록 만들어져 있습니다. 인터넷 연결이 없으면 광고 없이 곧바로 재도전이 시작됩니다 — 광고 때문에 게임 진행이 막히는 일은 없어야 합니다. 그래도 재도전이 안 되면 어떤 상황이었는지 아래 메일로 알려 주세요.

아이패드에서 화면이 어색합니다

아이패드를 지원하지만 화면비가 아이폰과 크게 다릅니다. UI가 잘리거나 겹치는 부분을 발견하시면 스크린샷과 함께 알려 주세요. 다음 업데이트에서 고칩니다.

앱이 원하는 언어로 나오지 않습니다

앱은 기기 언어를 따라갑니다. 설정 앱 → 일반 → 언어 및 지역에서 바꾸시면 됩니다. 지원 언어는 한국어, 영어, 일본어, 중국어, 스페인어, 프랑스어, 독일어, 포르투갈어, 러시아어, 이탈리아어 10개입니다. 그 외 언어로 설정된 기기에서는 영어로 표시됩니다.

Frequently asked questions

I keep shooting and never hit the thief

The emitter position is fixed. Without mirrors, every shot travels the same line — so if the thief isn't standing on that line, no number of shots will connect. Place a mirror first to bend the line toward the thief. Cover the beam grazes gets destroyed, so an angle blocked on the first shot may open on the second.

How do I reset my progress?

Tap "Start Over" twice inside the game.

There are too many ads

LASERCOP has no full-screen ads that interrupt play. An ad plays only when you tap "watch an ad and retry the boss" yourself after losing a boss fight. If an ad appeared in any other situation, that's a bug — please tell us which screen it was on.

A tracking prompt appeared. Can I decline?

Yes. Declining does not restrict the game at all — you simply see non-personalised ads instead of personalised ones. You can change it any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

I watched a rewarded ad but couldn't retry

That is a bug. LASERCOP is built so that the retry is granted even if you close the ad early or no ad loads at all. With no internet connection the retry simply starts without an ad — an ad should never block your progress. If a retry still doesn't happen, please tell us what was on screen.

The layout looks off on iPad

iPad is supported, but its aspect ratio differs considerably from iPhone. If you find UI that is cut off or overlapping, send us a screenshot and we'll fix it in the next update.

The app isn't in my language

The app follows your device language. Change it in Settings → General → Language & Region. Ten languages are supported: Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, and Italian. Other languages show English.
